The role
🌟 Join us at GoBubble as a Back End Developer! This is a full-time hybrid role where you'll champion back-end web and software development. Embrace remote working while keeping your roots in Bengaluru.
Key responsibilities
- Writing new features, updating and maintaining old features
- Refactoring old functionalities with new design patterns and standards.
- Implementing message brokers in appropriate situations
- Writing test cases for existing and new functionalities
- Defining and implementing strategies to reduce response time
Your experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization methods
- Redis for caching. Retrieval and insertion of data in cache memory.
- Skilled in message brokering in Kafka
- Understanding of Python packages and modules
- Ability to analyze and write PyTest scripts for automated testing for new and existing functionalities
- Familiarity with RESTful API conventions
- Writing reusable codes and modules
- Ability to establish and maintain standards across the projects
- Understanding of various design patterns
- Maintaining security and coding best practices
- Basic understanding of containerization and networking concepts
- Understanding of SOLID principles
