The role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic global team. You will collaborate with our Creative & Product Design Lead to develop compelling design solutions for our B2B products, sales and marketing initiatives. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals ready to kick start their career in design, offering a hands-on opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from UX/UI design to web design and marketing content creation.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the product design process, including conceptual design, prototyping, testing, and implementation working closely with our development team and AI Labs.
- Design and refine user interfaces for our AI-powered products using Figma.
- Conduct and apply user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and improve product design and functionality.
- Assist in developing and maintaining website layouts and elements within Webflow.
- Help scaling and maintaining our design system.
- This role has a heavy focus on product design, while also providing support to our sales and marketing teams by creating engaging content for marketing materials, including presentations and digital content.
Your experience

- A degree in Design (Graphic, Product, UX/UI) or a related field, or relevant experience in product and UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product/UX design skills; concept work and case studies are acceptable as long as they showcase your design process.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building pages in Webflow.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Interest or experience in AI and technology products.
